This work is a Minimalist piece we had to do for Luke. The idea behind it is to comunicate an object using as few and as basic elements possible. I came up with pieces and tried to progress to the maximum amount of a minimalist approach. I think i took this a little to far in some pieces.

Before the holidays Luke asked us to design a drawing on illustrator that basically had a bunch of images pilled on each other at the bottom of one side while the other side had some negative space. I dont know if this picture works. The blue might not work considering that the rest of the piece is covered in mainly red and black and light blue is vastly different.

Today in class we studied the topic of theme and variation. Basically we had to come up with a simple pattern that was 1 cm square then copy it over a a3 page. The pictures below are pictures i have done in Illustrator. The first one is my actual design and in the bottom picture i have tried to make the picture into a person, I got a little carried away.
